1. Bank of China’s personal telephone banking: Please call 95566 Telephone Banking and listen to the prompt tone to reset the password for the inquiry version of Telephone Banking.

2. Bank of China counter: Please bring your identity document and the Great Wall electronic debit card, savings passbook (ordinary current, current all-in-one, fixed-term all-in-one) or credit card in your name to the Password resets for the inquiry version and mobile account version of telephone banking are not available at the counters of Bank of China branches.
