It is very difficult to try. When consuming on pos machine, it is suggested that the reading error of IC card may be degaussing. You can apply for a new card in the following ways:

1. Log in to the credit card online banking, select Account Management-Card Management-Card Replacement, and follow the prompts.

2. Call 955 1 1-2 for manual assistance.

Warm reminder:

1) card replacement fee: magnetic stripe card 15 yuan/piece, chip card 30 yuan/piece. The cost accounting is included in the next bill.

2) The new card will be sent within 2 working days and will arrive in the account in about one week. The new card has the same number as the old card and needs to be reactivated before it can be used. The inquiry password and transaction password do not need to be reset. There will be SMS notification after the card is issued.
