1. If the card is lost, you can click "More"-"Card Management"-"Card Protection"-"Card Report Loss" through the credit card interface of Pocket Banking APP and follow the prompts.

Warm reminder: Ping An Bank's credit card loss reporting fee is a magnetic stripe card: RMB 60 yuan/card; IC card: 75 yuan/Card. Before reporting the loss officially, all risks arising should be borne by yourself.

2. If the card is damaged in use, you can log in to the Pocket Banking APP- Credit Card Home-More-Card Management-One-Click Card Change-Card Destruction and Repair, and follow the prompts.

After receiving a new credit card, you need to activate it to use it normally. The number and password of the expired new card are the same as those of the old card. After the new card is activated, there is no need to reset the password, and the old card will be invalid immediately. In order to ensure the security of credit card information, old cards need to be cut and destroyed along the magnetic stripe. If I don't cut down and destroy it, I will bear the risk.

Tips: Before the credit card expires 1 month, a message will be sent to remind you to change the card, and the new card will be sent to the billing address. It is impossible to change the card directly at the branch. If the billing address changes, it needs to be changed in time.
