I am the material analysis group of the technical center of the quality control department. According to the arrangement of the meeting, I will make an exchange speech now.
As a chemical analyst, it is essential for us to complete the test with high quality and master the cutting-edge technology.
"Technology is ringing and work is slipping." It is impossible to do a good job of chemical analysis only by using the cement chemical analysis guide. With the increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry, conventional chemical analysis can no longer meet the requirements of quality control. At present, chemical analysis technology has penetrated into the world of material microcrystals. The change from normal to microscopic is actually a change from chemistry to physics. I was originally an agronomy major, but I am a layman in the face of profound knowledge of crystallography. However, I am not intimidated by the difficulties, but try to find effective ways to improve my skills quickly. After turning pressure into motivation, I consulted many professional books, consulted many experts and professors and made repeated comparative experiments. At present, we have mastered the frontier detection and analysis methods and technologies such as X-ray diffraction analysis, spectrophotometry, material flammability analysis and water-soluble hexavalent chromium ion analysis.
Now I still clearly remember that when the X-ray diffractometer was introduced into the laboratory, the company's research in this field was almost zero. The complicated analysis process and unfamiliar English interface really make us feel at a loss. There is no tutor and lack of professional English, so we have to study hard and overcome it. Now, we have been able to successfully apply the most advanced analysis method in the world to cement quality control, and combined with petrographic analysis and other means, we have realized the study of material properties and mechanism from the microscopic point of view of crystal structure. The chemical analysis level of esheng company has reached the most advanced level in the same industry in China.
The sweetness of technological research has enhanced my confidence in technological innovation. I organized and set up a sonorous rose QC group to actively participate in the research of departmental projects. As the vanguard of innovative projects, it needs to solve various analytical technical problems. In 20xx, the study of trace elements on the properties of clinker was completed, and the effects of slag and phosphorus slag on the properties of clinker were found out, which provided reliable technical analysis reference for the reuse of industrial waste residue and helped the company to mix ingredients scientifically. During the completion of the project, the problems of difficult sampling at high temperature and difficult cooling environment in simulated kiln calcination were also solved, and two national invention patents of experimental sampling manipulator and experimental cooling device for simulated cement clinker calcination were successfully obtained.
Personal progress is not success, but team progress is the greatest success. In order to improve the overall level of chemical analysis, I often go deep into various laboratories for analysis and guidance. When encountering problems, help the laboratory to improve and rectify in time to ensure the overall inspection and analysis quality of the whole company. In addition, I also take the lead in organizing various technical exchanges and trainings. Over the years, the company's laboratory analysis group has won the title of "all-excellent unit" in the national chemical analysis competition for many times.
"Wise and enterprising, facing difficulties" is the motto of my work. I want to be happy at work and experience growth. In 20xx, I won the honorary title of "Technician with Outstanding Contribution in Leshan City", which further increased my confidence and motivation in my future work.
