According to Zhaopin, Lvdahua Futures is a state-owned enterprise, and Lvdahua Futures Co., Ltd. is a professional futures company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission and wholly owned by Shanxi Securities. Its registered place is in Beijing, and its predecessor, Green Futures Co., Ltd., was established in 1993, and it is one of the earliest futures companies in China. On July 20 13, Shanxi Securities Co., Ltd. wholly acquired Green Futures Co., Ltd. and merged Dahua Futures as the surviving company.
