Epidemic prevention and control requirements of road freight vehicles+employees+stations
Recently, the Ministry of Transport revised and issued the Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Road Freight Vehicles, Employees and Stations, which further strengthened the requirements for the prevention and control of epidemic in road freight vehicles, employees and stations, and guided all localities to urge road freight operators and station operators to implement various epidemic prevention and control measures to prevent COVID-19 from spreading through road freight channels.

First, the scope of epidemic prevention by zoning and grading was adjusted. The epidemic prevention and control requirements for road freight vehicles, employees and stations shall be implemented by the districts and counties where the risk areas are located.

The second is to strengthen the disinfection requirements of important links and key parts of vehicles. It is required to increase the internal and external disinfection frequency of refrigerated and fresh-keeping cargo transport vehicles and LTL cargo transport vehicles in high-risk areas, and do a good job in disinfection of key contact parts.

The third is to strengthen the epidemic prevention and control requirements for employees. It is clear that employees should be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and wear masks and protective gloves as required. Passengers and other staff in districts and counties where high-risk areas are located are required to detect at least 1 time of nucleic acid every 7 days. Drivers and passengers of road freight vehicles must hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours when leaving high-risk areas. If the local epidemic prevention and control leading institutions have clear provisions on the frequency of nucleic acid testing for drivers and passengers and the time limit for people leaving high-risk areas to hold nucleic acid testing certificates, such provisions shall prevail.

Fourth, personnel information registration and post management have been strengthened. It is clear that the station operating unit should register the personal information of drivers and passengers of road freight vehicles such as drivers and escorts entering and leaving the freight stations in high, medium and high-risk areas. The staff of the freight station should be fixed in their posts, and cross operation is prohibited.

The fifth is to clarify the epidemic prevention requirements of logistics service personnel such as cleaning staff. It is clear that cleaning staff and other logistics service personnel should clean and disinfect garbage containers in time according to the epidemic prevention standards of station staff.
