You can apply for it. There is no driving age requirement for the employment certificate (ie, professional qualification certificate) of a general freight driver. There are requirements only for passenger transport.

But vehicles and matters that cannot be driven during the internship;

1. Buses, taxis, fire trucks, and ambulances.

Two, 1. You cannot drive on the highway alone, but you can if you are accompanied by someone with a driver's license of more than three years.

2. The vehicle you drive must have an "Internship" sign on the back of the car!

Driving license apprenticeships can apply for a freight transport qualification certificate, but not a passenger transport qualification certificate; there is no driving age requirement for a freight transport qualification certificate, just a certificate; for passenger transport, you need to have three years of driving experience before you can apply for it.

According to the "Road Transport Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China"

Drivers engaged in passenger transport operations shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driving license;

(2) Aged no more than 60 years old;

(3) No record of major traffic liability accidents within 3 years;

(4) Pass the basic knowledge examination on passenger transport laws and regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and passenger first aid by the districted municipal road transport management agency.

Article 23 Drivers engaged in freight operations shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driving license;

( 2) Aged no more than 60 years old;

(3) Passed the basic knowledge examination on freight laws and regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and cargo loading and storage by the districted municipal road transport management agency.
