1. Log on to the homepage of www.cfachina.org, the website of the Association, and click "Personal Application for Practice Certificate";

(1) Enter the ID number and password to apply for individual registration;

(2) Enter the "Personal Application Information Filling Form" and fill in the necessary information in the form;

(3) Enter the "Personal Application Form", please remember the applicant's ID number in the upper right corner of the application form and click the "Finish and Print" button (if there is no printer, you can copy and print it). Sign the printed application form and paste the photo, copy of remittance receipt and copy of ID card.

2. Remittance, 20 yuan per person. The remittance method is bank, or it can be paid directly to the association in cash. See "Contact Information of the Association" for bank account opening bank and account number. Note: The remittance postscript must include the applicant's name and ID number.

Step 3 send a message. The applicant will (1) paste the photo, copy of remittance receipt and copy of ID card to apply, and (2) send relevant certificates to the association. For the mailing address, see "Contact Information of the Association".
