According to the standard contract of lead futures issued by Shanghai Futures Exchange, the minimum trading unit of lead futures contract is 25 tons per lot, which is much higher than the minimum trading unit of 5 tons per lot of non-ferrous metal futures, such as copper, aluminum and zinc, which have been listed and traded in the previous period, making it the first trading variety to try "big contract" among newly listed commodities. Lead ingots should be stored in a ventilated, dry and non-corrosive warehouse. Lead ingots should be protected from rain when entering and leaving the warehouse.

Second, the production of warehouse receipts

When making lead ingot warehouse receipts, the delivery warehouse should not only check and accept the documents, measure and weigh them, but also check and judge whether the lead ingot packaging belt is rusty (there are rust marks on the lead ingot surface) and whether there is white rust on the lead ingot surface. The inspection and judgment results shall be notified to the customer in time and confirmed by the customer.

When making lead ingot warehouse receipts, the warehouse should take photos of the appearance of lead ingots corresponding to each warehouse receipt and establish a guaranteed file.

Warehouse receipts shall not be made for lead ingots with rust (rust marks on the surface of lead ingots).

Third, quality has risen and fallen.

According to the batch judgment results of white rust on the surface of lead ingots, the quality improvement and discount will be temporarily implemented according to the following provisions:

(1) For lead ingots with no white rust on the surface, warehouse receipts shall be made according to the quality grade.

(2) For lead ingots with white rust on the surface, warehouse receipts shall be made at a quality discount of per ton 120 yuan.

Four. Labeling and packaging of lead ingots

The physical label paper of lead ingots should clearly indicate the manufacturer, place of origin, product name, trademark, brand, quantity, weight, batch number, production date, implementation standard and other information.

Each bundle of lead ingots can be packed in one of the following ways:

(1) 30-32* mm rust-proof steel strip, bound into a grid;

(2) The 2) 25* mm polyester packaging belt shall be securely tied, and the lap strength shall not be less than 60% of the minimum tensile breaking load of the polyester packaging belt of the same specification.

5. If the customer disagrees with the inspection results of lead ingot packaging rust (lead ingot surface rust mark) and lead ingot surface batch white rust in the designated delivery warehouse, he may entrust the quality inspection agency designated by the Exchange to conduct re-inspection, and the re-inspection results shall be the final ruling. When the lead ingots that have been made into warehouse receipts are stored in the designated delivery warehouse, white rust will form on the surface due to the hot and humid weather, which will not affect the delivery.
