The company was restructured from 1993, the first futures exchange in new China-1999 Shenzhen Nonferrous Gold Exchange, and merged with Zhejiang Xinhua Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. on 201and CITIC Xinji Futures Co., Ltd. on 20 14.

Headquartered in Shenzhen, the company has 43 branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and other large and medium-sized cities, and has hundreds of securities IB service outlets, covering the whole country.

The company is a member of Zhengzhou, Shanghai and Dalian Commodity Futures Exchanges, the first full settlement member of China Financial Futures Exchange, and the governing unit of China Futures Association.
