Article 24 of the Disciplinary Procedure of China Futures Association stipulates that if the self-regulatory commission decides to give disciplinary action, it shall make a disciplinary decision in the name of the association. The decision shall specify the following items:

(a) If the party concerned is an employee, its name, gender, qualification number and name of the work unit; If the Party concerned is a member, indicate the name and office address of the institution;

(2) Facts and evidence of violation of self-discipline rules;

(three) the conclusion and basis of disciplinary action;

(four) the right and time limit for filing a complaint;

(five) the date of the disciplinary decision.
