The draft resolution is the ultimate goal of the model association meeting. On the spot, the delegates reached a final consensus on the topic, came up with a solution and submitted a draft resolution. The draft resolution consists of two parts: a preface and an action clause. The preamble focuses on recalling past resolutions, declarations and principles. The action clause is a concrete measure.
There are strict format requirements for the writing of draft resolutions, and each clause must start with a verb and be numbered accurately according to the rules.
The content of the draft resolution must be accurate, rigorous and specific, and the results and consensus reached at this meeting will be presented in detailed measures and regulations.
The draft resolution will be voted on at the end of the meeting and adopted by a two-thirds majority. Please note that it is not necessary to adopt a draft resolution at every meeting. Failure to adopt a draft resolution does not mean that the meeting is not academic. Please be careful about your voting rights.

Recalling the resolutions on "International Agreement on World Food Security" adopted over the years and the resolution A/60/ 154 adopted on 25 July 2005;
Aware that the problem of food shortage in many countries is becoming more and more serious due to the rapid population growth in developing countries;
Regrettably, many extremely poor countries have serious food shortages and hunger problems, leading to political and economic instability;
Emphasize the importance of economically developed countries to help economically backward countries;
Convinced that the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) plays an important role in providing food to the poor and the weak in the world;
We thank developed countries for their technical support and help to developing countries, and we also welcome international humanitarian organizations to help developing regions.
Article 1 calls on the whole world to pay attention to the food supply of poor countries and poor people;
The second article emphasizes that Asia, Africa and Latin America oppose the grain refinement plan;
Article 3 Establish an organization of equality, mutual benefit and win-win, and realize the common development of all countries through cooperation:
1) suggested measures:
First, improve the agricultural production structure of various countries and develop agriculture better and faster;
Two. Solve internal turmoil, ease political disputes between countries in the Middle East, and adjust contradictions between countries;
Three. Strengthen the organization of technical exchanges among member States, establish a technology sharing platform and achieve a win-win situation;
Three, three. Implement the family planning policy, implement the policy of late marriage and late childbirth, limit population growth and reduce the consumption of scarce resources such as food;
Three, three. Members shall join or withdraw by mutual consent.
2) Confirm to take the following mutually beneficial measures:
1. I earnestly hope that any sovereign country in the world can apply to join the organization and join it after consultation and consent by member States;
Two. It is suggested that countries with more food in the organization provide assistance to countries with food shortages;
Three. It is suggested that the organization's friendly and fair image should be publicized, and domestic countries should strengthen cooperation, treat each side fairly and establish a good reputation;
Three, three. I am convinced that internal oil tariffs can be reduced through consultations among SCO countries, but the SCO does not want to reduce oil tariffs in foreign trade.
3) Follow the following principles:
I emphasize that all interest exchanges and trade exchanges should be based on mutual non-aggression, equality and mutual benefit;
Two. It is further emphasized that all member States in the organization should have the same attitude towards the outside world and oppose negotiations and transactions between countries in the organization and countries outside the organization that violate the organization principles.
Article 4 Strongly condemn some businessmen who take advantage of the grain crisis to speculate and hoard grain reserves:
1) realized that since the market expected that the international agricultural product prices would remain high, more than 40 billion dollars had entered the international agricultural product futures market for speculation since last year (11);
2) It is concluded that this bad behavior greatly aggravates the degree of food crisis and has a great negative impact on food-deficit countries;
3) Require governments of all countries to intensify their efforts to crack down on this bad behavior.
