2. What is K-order payment?
K-order payment is a new function that our bank will launch soon. Customers use K-order to make online payments.
3. How to apply for a K order?
If you are not a customer of our e-banking, please bring your personal ID card and any of our accounts to apply at our outlets (whether to charge according to the local charging strategy);
If you have registered our e-banking, please bring your personal ID card and any registered e-banking account to our outlets to apply (whether or not to charge depends on the local charging strategy).
4. If I have received K-Bao (or K-single), can I still receive K-single (or K-Bao)?
Customers can receive K Bao and K Ling at the same time, and both can be used in personal online banking channels at the same time. The personal online banking channel provides the switching function of two authentication tools, and customers can use the appropriate authentication method to conduct transactions according to their own needs.
5. If I have a dynamic password card (or a K-form), can I still have a K-form (or a dynamic password card)?
Customers can't get a dynamic password card or a K ticket at the same time, but you can change it to the security authentication tool you want at our outlets, that is, a dynamic password card customer can be upgraded to a K ticket customer (the original password card is invalid, and the K ticket is automatically bound to the original password card binding channel); K single customers can also change back to the dynamic password card (K single is invalid, and the original K single binding channel automatically binds the dynamic password card). Compared with dynamic password card, K-order has higher quota and stronger security.
6. Why is the K-sheet not successfully bound at the outlet?
This K Doc may have been cancelled, and the cancelled K Doc will be invalid and cannot be bound again.
7. How to calculate the life span of K Ling?
K-order equipment is valid for three years from the date of customer binding. After more than three years, the K-order will be invalid and will no longer be allowed to be used. This is because the K-command device is battery-driven, which will affect the generation of dynamic passwords for too long, and the battery will be seriously exhausted.
8. How to activate the K order?
After you get the K-order at our outlet, the activation code (12 digits) will be printed on the business receipt given to you by our bank. After the K menu is opened, enter the 12 activation code to activate the K menu. It can only be used normally after the K order is activated. If you lose your activation code, please go to our website to reissue it.
9. What should I do if the K order is overdue?
If your K bill has expired, please go to our outlet as soon as possible to replace it with a new K bill (whether to charge according to the local charging strategy).
10. What are device locking and system locking?
Lock the K-class device: After entering the wrong K-class power-on password for six consecutive times, the device will be locked, and the K-class device cannot be turned on normally, prompting to enter an 8-bit device unlock code.
Locking the K-ticket system: After inputting the wrong dynamic password for six consecutive times when using the K-ticket on the electronic channel, the system will no longer accept the authentication request of the K-ticket (the K-ticket device can still be turned on and used normally), and the customer must unlock the K-ticket system before continuing to use the K-ticket on the electronic channel.

Automatic unlocking of equipment: customers can wait 12 hours, and K will automatically unlock the equipment, and the power-on password will remain unchanged;

12. Why can't the K-class equipment be unlocked automatically?

13. How to unlock the system?
Automatic system unlocking: 12 hours later, the system will automatically unlock, and you can continue to use K-single authentication in our electronic channel.
Manual system unlocking: you can unlock it manually in personal online banking/mobile banking/telephone banking (transaction menu: K- order status management). If the system prompts that K is inaccurate during system unlocking (at this time, the clock of K is slightly deviated, which can be adjusted through various channels), please correct K according to the system prompt (transaction menu: K single correction), and then try to unlock the transaction by the system. If you fail to unlock the system for many times, your K-order may be seriously out of step (the clock deviation of K-order equipment is large, so it is impossible to correct K-order in the channel). 14 Why not? K order automatic unlocking system?
After the cumulative continuous system is automatically unlocked for 6 times, the equipment cannot be automatically unlocked, and the system can only be unlocked manually.
How does the command 15.K generate a dynamic password?
K-order of Agricultural Bank of China uses a special algorithm to ensure that the K-order device and our server generate a secure dynamic password synchronously. Agricultural Bank of China K can generate the following three types of dynamic passwords after normal startup:
(1) Time-based dynamic password: You can directly press the "Time" key on the lower right of the k command, and the k command will display the dynamic password. This kind of dynamic password is only used for K-bill maintenance transaction (K-bill status management and K-bill correction) of personal online banking/pocket banking/telephone banking.
(2) Payment dynamic password: the dynamic password displayed by K-order after you press the "Pay" key, then enter the transaction amount, and finally press the "Confirm" key. Customers need to use this password carefully, and we will only ask customers to enter this password when making transactions such as payment. In addition, transfer 10 yuan, and enter 10 yuan, 10.0 yuan and 10.00 yuan in K single device to generate correct dynamic password (when K single device generates payment dynamic password, the amount will be automatically filled to two decimal places); But if you transfer 10. 1 1 yuan, you can only enter10.1in order of k to generate the correct password.
(3) Ordinary dynamic password: You enter the challenge value (consisting of several numbers) in the K command, and then press the "OK" key, and the K command will display the dynamic password. Please enter the challenge value correctly and generate a dynamic password according to the system prompt. The ABC system temporarily provides the following two kinds of challenge codes (the system has a clear dynamic password to obtain prompt information):
The last 6 digits of the account maintained by the customer, if the payee maintains the transaction, the challenge code is the last 6 digits of the payee account;
6-digit password reflected by the system.
Does 16.K order dynamic cipher have a life cycle?
After the dynamic password is generated by the K-order device, please submit it in the personal online banking/pocket banking/telephone banking system as soon as possible. The password is valid for 1 minute.
How to enable and pause 17? K order?
You can open/suspend K order in personal online banking /PDA/ telephone banking system (transaction menu: K order status management), or you can call 95599 to open/suspend K order. Once K Order is enabled/suspended, K Order will be enabled/suspended in all electronic channels.
18. Why do you need K-order correction?
There may be some deviation in the clock in K-class equipment. If the deviation is within a certain range, it can be corrected in personal online banking /PDA/ telephone banking (transaction menu: K single correction) to adjust the clock deviation between K single and the background server. 23. What is the key of the clock symbol in the K-order key?
Time key, which is used to generate dynamic passwords based on time, is mainly used for authentication in K-order maintenance transactions such as K-order activation, system unlocking and correction.
24. What's the customer limit of K-order?
Personal online banking channel: the daily cumulative number of K single transfer transactions is 500,000/500,000; The cumulative number of daily payment transactions is 6,543,800+10,000/500,000. If you have a first/second generation KBao at the same time, the daily transfer/payment of personal online banking channel shall not exceed the cumulative limit of the first/second generation KBao;
Pocket banking channel: the daily cumulative number of K-single transfer transactions is 500,000/500,000; The cumulative number of daily payment transactions is 6,543,800+10,000/500,000.
Telephone banking channel: the daily cumulative number of transactions for K-single transfer is 500,000/500,000, and the transaction limit of receipt and payment is controlled by the branch, and the daily limit of general payment and recharge does not exceed 5,000 yuan.
The above channel limits can be set by customers at our outlets or personal online banking channels (transaction menu: e-banking limit management, mobile banking transfer maintenance and telephone banking transfer maintenance).
