In order to strengthen the qualification management of futures practitioners and standardize their practice behavior, China Securities Regulatory Commission has specially formulated the Measures for the Administration of Futures Practitioners according to the Regulations. To apply for the qualification of futures practitioners, futures companies, non-futures clearing members of futures exchanges, futures investment consulting institutions, institutions providing intermediary services for futures companies, and futures practitioners engaged in futures business shall abide by these measures.
