Live in the present
I just started watching Andy Pudican's Ten Minutes of Meditation. He said, sit and watch thoughts come and go; He said that in the environment of mindfulness, meditation is not to stop thinking and control the mind. It is a process in which we give up control, don't interfere, don't intervene, learn to passively concentrate and put our mind in its own conscious awakening. My understanding is to live in the present.

Since you are walking, you should seriously only pay attention to the road in front of you and the scenery on it, whether it is a country road or a busy section of the city. When you are on the country road, don't think about the city road. Just look at the farmer in front of you, smell the fragrance of grass, and listen to the singing of insects and birds. Walking on the road of the city, look at the pedestrians in a hurry, see if there are new cafes, and see if the green belts on both sides of the road have turned into festive flowers. Are the anxiety and pressure of modern people walking on a walking road without looking around, but thinking about the road that is not walking? When you concentrate on what you are doing and only think about this one thing, you will unconsciously calm down and feel at ease about what you are doing.

I have read a Zen saying: I love sunny days and rainy days. Live in the present, feel at ease, and the world is at peace.
