Complaints and reports to regulatory agencies:
(1) China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission: As the regulatory body of trust, if it finds that there are violations of laws and regulations in trust companies and their business operations, it will impose administrative penalties on them.
(2) China Credit Trust Association: Investors can understand the rights protection process and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests through the rights protection coordination service of China Credit Trust Association.
(3) Consumer Protection Bureau: responsible for the protection of investors' rights and interests.
(4) CSRC: CSRC has the right to take regulatory measures against listed trust companies. These include: directly listed in A shares: Shaanxi Guotou A and Anxin Trust; Jiangsu Trust (formerly Jiangsu Shuntian), Kunlun Trust (formerly CNPC Capital), Minmetals Trust (formerly Minmetals Capital) and Jin Zhe Trust (formerly Zhejiang Oriental) controlled by listed companies through reorganization; And Shandong Trust listed in Hong Kong.
