The "Pilot Measures for Asset Management of Futures Companies" was deliberated and adopted at the Chairman's Office Meeting of China Securities Regulatory Commission on May 22nd, 20th12nd, and was promulgated by Order No.812nd of China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 3rd, 20th12nd. The Measures are divided into general principles, business pilot qualifications, business norms, business management and risk control systems, account monitoring, supervision and management, legal responsibilities and supplementary provisions, with a total of 7 chapters and 53 articles, which will be implemented as of September 1 2002.
