In the past eight working days, international oil prices showed a trend of rising first and then falling. From August 24th to 29th, WTI crude oil rose from 93.77 USD/barrel to 97 USD/barrel, and Brent crude oil rose from 99. 1 USD/barrel to 105.48 USD/barrel.
