The directors of Guang Jun Group Holdings Limited (the "Company" and its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the "Group") (hereinafter referred to as the "Board of Directors") are pleased to announce the appointment of Han (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Han") as the executive director of the Company, with effect from April 29th, 20 19.

Mr. Han's resume is as follows:

Mr. Han, aged 49, graduated from Shandong Radio and TV University on 199 1 with a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature. Mr. Han has more than 20 years of experience in business management and marketing. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Han served as the general manager of Jinan Century Shentong Technology Co., Ltd.; From 2008 to 20 16, he served as the vice president of Guangzhou energy-saving technology co., ltd; From 2065438 to 2006, Mr. Han served as the general manager of Shandong Yangming Tianxia Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

Mr. Han entered into a service contract with our company for a period of 1 year, which can be terminated by either party with a written notice for one month. He will retire by rotation in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Growth Enterprise Market Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Articles of Association of the Company, and will offer himself for re-election at the annual general meeting. Mr. Han is entitled to a director's fee of HK$ 396,000 per year, which is determined by the board of directors or its authorized committee with reference to the performance of the Company, Mr. Han's duties and performance, and the current market situation.

In the past three years, Mr. Han has not held any directorship in other public companies whose securities are listed on any securities market in Hong Kong or overseas, nor has he held any other position in the Company or any member company of the Group.

As defined in Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. 57 1), Mr. Han has no interest in the shares of the Company or related shares. Mr. Han has no relationship with the directors, senior managers, major shareholders or controlling shareholders of the Company.

Except as disclosed above, there is no other information to be disclosed in accordance with Rules 17.50(2)(h) to 17.50(2)(v) of the GEM Listing Rules, and there is no other matter related to the appointment of Mr. Han to be notified to the shareholders of the Company.
