According to the inquiry of Kaifeng local treasure official website, the restricted area is the area east of Jiujie Street (excluding), west of Gongyuan Road (including), south of Tokyo Avenue and north of Huaxia Avenue (including). The area east of Third Avenue (excluding) is closed to freight vehicles for 24 hours, and the area west of Third Avenue (including) is closed to freight vehicles from 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day.

In the restricted sections, freight vehicles are prohibited from passing through Tokyo Avenue (Jin Ming Avenue to Liu Kai Road), Ryan Avenue, Jin Ming Avenue (Lianhuo Expressway to Yellow River Dike) and Laodong Road (Xincao Road to Bianjing Road) 24 hours a day. All sections of Fuxing Avenue, Liu Kai Road (from Tokyo Avenue to Yellow River levee), Jin Ming Avenue (from Lianhuo Expressway to Tokyo Avenue) and Laodong Road (from Fuxing Avenue to Xincao Road) are closed to freight vehicles from 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day.
