Education and training: bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or economics, proficient in futures business knowledge, with futures qualification certificate.

Work experience: unique market analysis ability and development ability in the futures market; Require more than one year working experience in futures or securities; Good interpersonal relationship, preferably with certain customer resources; Have sensitive adaptability, accurate judgment and good communication skills; Smart, honest and responsible.
