1. The drug packaging and bottle labels with expiration date should be clearly marked with expiration date. If there is no expiration date mark, the inspector shall refuse to inspect and the receiver shall refuse to receive the goods.

2. Drugs with expiration date must be stored at different levels according to the order of expiration date. Business invoicing should distinguish the length of validity, first open an invoice with a short validity period, and indicate the warehouse of the sales variety batch number on the invoice for verification. If the warehouse finds any discrepancy, contact the business department immediately and deliver the goods after confirmation.

3. The warehouse shall fill in the sales reminder form 12 months before the expiry date of effective drugs and 6 months before the expiry date of drugs with one year, and submit it to relevant departments for sales reminder. Every time a sales reminder is submitted, there must be a signing procedure and a clear responsibility.

4. Drugs with expiration date shall be sampled for quality three months after storage, then sampled once every quarter, and sampled once every month one year before expiration date.

Factors affecting the expiration date of drugs

2. Human factors

That is to say, the behavior of artificially changing the validity period, such as a pharmaceutical company exposed by the media changing the batch number, is illegal in itself and should be punished accordingly.

Ensure that the life cycle of finished drugs is consistent with that of raw materials; Ensure that the interference factors in the production process are minimized.
