First-class white sugar that meets the national standard of white sugar in People's Republic of China (PRC) (GB317-2006) (hereinafter referred to as the national standard of white sugar).

Substitutes and premiums:

(1) Imported white sugar (including white sugar processed from imported raw sugar) meeting Grade I and Grade II (color value less than or equal to 170IU) of the national standard for white sugar can be delivered;

(2) Grade II white sugar whose color value is less than or equal to 170IU and other indicators meet the national standard of white sugar can be delivered in September of this sugar-making year (from June 10 to September 30th of the following year) and in June of the following year 1 10.

Natural mutation treatment:

If the color value of white sugar changes within the specified range due to natural variation, it can still be discharged normally, and the owner cannot refuse to receive the goods.

If the color value of first-grade white sugar is less than or equal to 190IU, it shall be borne by the owner; If it is greater than 190IU and less than or equal to 240IU, the delivery warehouse shall compensate the delivery party 10IU per ton for each additional color value of 10IU (if less than 10IU). When the color value of sugar is greater than 240IU, the delivery warehouse shall be liable for compensation.
