Offline delivery can be made by mail, including mail delivery, express delivery and door-to-door delivery. The easiest way is to prepare the materials and submit them to the CSRC.
The scope of acceptance, the reported matters are illegal acts that are explicitly prohibited by securities and futures laws and regulations and stipulate administrative legal liability. Specific illegal acts can be divided into six categories: insider trading, trading with undisclosed information, market manipulation, continuous information disclosure, issuance information disclosure and other illegal acts. The form of the reporting materials requires providing the information such as the name, identity and address of the reported person, and providing specific facts, detailed clues and objective evidence in violation of securities and futures laws and regulations, which are verified by the securities and futures regulatory agencies.
