Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Private Placement Management of Securities and Futures Operating Institutions stipulates that securities and futures operating institutions engaged in private placement management shall perform the following duties of managers: (1) Handling the sales, registration and filing of asset management plans according to law; (2) Managing, accounting and investing the entrusted property under different asset management plans; (3) Determine the income distribution plan according to the agreement in the asset management contract, and distribute the income to investors in time; (four) accounting for the asset management plan and preparing the financial accounting report of the asset management plan; (5) Calculate and disclose the net value of the asset management plan according to law, and determine the participation and withdrawal prices; (six) to handle the information disclosure related to the entrusted property management business activities; (seven) to keep the records, account books, statements and other relevant materials of the entrusted property management business activities; (8) Exercising litigation rights or other legal acts on behalf of investors in the name of the administrator; (9) Other duties as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
