hazardous chemicals refer to highly toxic chemicals and other chemicals that are toxic, corrosive, explosive, burning and combustion-supporting, and are harmful to human body, facilities and environment. According to GB1369-29 General Rules for Chemical Classification and Hazard Publicity, hazardous chemicals are divided into three categories according to the nature of physical, health or environmental hazards: physical and chemical hazards, health hazards and environmental hazards.
Once you smell the irritating smell or find that toxic gas leaks, you should take immediate measures:
1. Evacuate the scene in time, and immediately notify other personnel, cover your nose and mouth with a wet towel, and then call the police;
2. block all fire sources, do not turn on the lights, and do not touch electrical appliances, so as to avoid sparks that may lead to explosion; Put out the fire, close the valve and give up the gas, and quickly evacuate the materials threatened by the fire;
3. Relevant units shall prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the site. Chemical fire fighting should be carried out by professional fire brigade.
4. When you are injured by dangerous chemicals, you should go to the hospital for treatment immediately, without delay.

The crime of illegal business operation violates the provisions of the state and commits one of the following illegal business operations, which disturbs the market order. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also, or shall only, be fined not less than one time but not more than five times the illegal income; If the circumstances are especially serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years, and shall also be fined not less than one time but not more than five times his illegal income or confiscated of his property:
(1) dealing in exclusive or exclusive goods or other goods whose trading is restricted as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations without permission;
(2) buying and selling import and export licenses, import and export certificates of origin and business licenses or approval documents as stipulated by other laws and administrative regulations;
(3) illegally engaging in securities, futures and insurance business, or illegally engaging in fund payment and settlement business without the approval of the relevant competent department of the state;
(4) other illegal business operations that seriously disrupt the market order.
