In order to improve the timeliness of registration, China Futures Association only accepts online payment, and payment within 120 minutes after selecting the registration subject is considered as successful registration. The failure to register and pay for the futures qualification examination may be due to the following reasons, and candidates can solve it by themselves according to related problems.

1. Browser is not compatible. Change the browser and try to switch to IE, Google and Firefox.

2. Online payment function is not enabled;

3. Wrong password;

4. The limit exceeds the limit;

5. Network communication problems. Please verify whether the deduction is successful.

Note: Online payment may delay status refresh due to network delay and other reasons. Please wait patiently for about 2 hours after the payment is successful. If online payment is still displayed after 2 hours, please first verify whether the corresponding registration fee has been deducted from the bank card used for payment, and then call customer service for consultation after confirming the deduction; If you confirm that it has not been deducted, please pay again. Once verified, in general, except Saturday and Sunday, 1-2 working days can update the payment status of candidates. 1-2 working days later (except Saturday and Sunday), log in to the registration page and check again.
