How much is H 13 die steel per kilogram?

H 13 die steel is widely used in China, and it is produced by large and small steel mills in China. Due to the different production processes, the quality of H 13 die steel is also divided into several grades. At present, the price of H 13 is between 15-50. Of course, you don't have to choose expensive materials. You can choose materials with reasonable price and appropriate quality according to your own mold requirements.

The following is an introduction to the material H 13. If you are interested, you can also learn about it.

Introduction of H 13 Die Steel Material of Fushun Special Steel

H 13 die steel of Fugang is a common hot working die steel in the world. It has good toughness, good thermal strength, thermal fatigue performance and certain wear resistance.

H 13 heat treatment process of Fushun special steel die steel

1. Pre-heat treatment The steel and die blank of H 13 steel supplied in the market are all annealed in the steel plant, which ensures good metallographic structure, suitable hardness and good processability without annealing. However, after the factory transformation and forging, the original structure and properties were destroyed, and the forging stress increased, which required re-annealing. Isothermal spheroidizing annealing process is: heating at 860 ~ 890℃ for 2 hours, cooling to 740 ~ 760℃ for 4 hours, and cooling to about 500℃.

? 2. Quenching process specification for dies requiring good toughness for quenching and tempering:

Heating temperature 1020 ~ 1050℃, oil-cooled or air-cooled, hardness 54 ~ 58 HRC. It is required that the quenching process specification of the mold should be based on thermal hardness, heating temperature 1050 ~ 1080℃, oil-cooled and hardness 56 ~ 58 HRC. Recommended tempering temperature: 530 ~ 560℃, hardness 48 ~ 52 HRC tempering temperature 560 ~ 580℃; The hardness is 47~ 49HRC.

Tempering shall be carried out twice. When tempered at 500℃, there is a secondary hardening peak, and the tempering hardness is the highest, with a peak value of about 55HRC, but the toughness is the worst. Therefore, the tempering process should avoid about 500℃. According to the needs of the mold, tempering at 540 ~ 620℃ is better. Quenching and heating should be preheated twice (600 ~ 650℃, 800 ~ 850℃) to reduce thermal stress during heating.

3. The chemical heat treatment of H13 steel can further strengthen the die by gas nitriding or nitrocarburizing, but the nitriding temperature should not be higher than the tempering temperature, so as to ensure that the strength of the core does not decrease, thus improving the service life of the die.
