China's Securities Investment Fund Law stipulates that fund property should be used for the following investments: first, listed stocks and bonds; Second, other securities as stipulated by the State Council Securities Regulatory Authority. Therefore, the investment scope of securities investment funds is financial instruments such as stocks and bonds. At present, China's funds mainly invest in legally listed stocks, non-public stocks, government bonds, corporate bonds and financial bonds, corporate bonds, money market instruments, asset-backed securities, warrants and so on.
