The four major domestic associations are China Securities Association, China Futures Association, China Listed Companies Association and China Asset Management Association. Among them, China Securities Association was established on August 28th, 199 1. It is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry established in accordance with the Securities Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Social Organizations. Is a non-profit social organization legal person, and accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
