According to Article 2 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of Appropriate Management of Investors in Futures Operating Institutions (Trial), these Guidelines are applicable to futures companies, subsidiaries of futures companies and other futures operating institutions (hereinafter referred to as "operating institutions") to publicly sell or privately transfer futures and other derivative products to investors, or to provide securities and futures-related business services to investors.
