Tmall can return the goods in installments. The specific process is as follows:

Step 1: Go to the page of "My Taobao"-"I am a buyer"-"Bought Baby", find the corresponding transaction order, and click "Apply for a refund".

Step 2: Select "I have received the goods", "I need to return the goods" and the reason for refund, enter the amount to be refunded, fill in the refund description, enter the payment password of Alipay account, and click "Apply for refund immediately".

Step 3: Pay attention to the refund status and refund timeout. When the seller agrees to the refund agreement, the refund status is "the refund agreement is reached, waiting for the buyer to return the goods". After the actual return is completed, you can click "Return to Seller".

Step 4: Select the logistics company to return the goods, fill in the logistics waybill number, and click "Confirm".

There are two ways to refund the amount:

(1) If the refund amount is less than the outstanding balance, it will be used to return the unpaid items purchased by Tmall in installments, and the balance of Alipay will not be received;

(2) If the refund amount is greater than the balance owed, it will be used to return the unpaid amount purchased by Tmall in installments, and the remaining amount will be returned to your Alipay balance.
