Production technology and composition of urea
1, urea is an organic compound composed of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen, also known as urea (homophonic with urine). Its chemical formula is

calcium hydrogen phosphate

or

CN2H4O, the international generic drug name is

Urea. Appearance is white crystal or powder. It is the product of protein metabolism in animals and is usually used as nitrogen fertilizer for plants.

2. Production process of urea: After being purified and compressed, carbon dioxide is sent to urea synthesis tower together with ammonia to synthesize urea at appropriate temperature and pressure. The mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen is compressed to high pressure and synthesized into ammonia at high temperature in the presence of catalyst. The gas is purified by exchange, secondary desulfurization, decarbonization, fine desulfurization, methanol, alkylation and other processes. After all kinds of impurities are removed from pure raw coal, semi-water gas is produced in a gas producer with steam and air as gasification agents.
