(1). If the company is connected to the Internet, please contact the company network administrator as soon as possible to confirm whether the corresponding port is blocked.
(2) If surfing the Internet at home, please ask the customer to confirm whether to use the router, and many people can surf the Internet at the same time. If this is the case, it is recommended to check the router settings or restart the router.
(3) Check the settings of local firewall or antivirus software to see if the ports used by Neptune are blocked.
Or select the green channel in Communication Settings. But the green channel is not everything. It uses port 443. If this port is blocked, the green channel will not work.
