Non-operating passenger cars with more than nine seats are regularly inspected twice a year and four times a year for more than fifteen years.
3. The service life of operating buses is adjusted to 10 year. If it is required to continue to be used after reaching the scrapping standard, it shall be handled according to the existing prescribed procedures. Extend the service life to no more than 4 years: extend the service life and conduct regular inspection 4 times a year. 4. During the regular inspection of the above-mentioned vehicles, if the inspection fails to meet the national standards for three consecutive times in an inspection cycle, the license plate and driving license shall be recovered and the motor vehicle owner shall be notified to cancel the registration. After reaching the scrapping standard, registration and transfer registration shall not be handled.
5. Operating vehicles are converted into non-operating vehicles, and non-operating vehicles are converted into operating vehicles, which shall be scrapped according to the specified service life of operating vehicles (8 years).
