Why do web pages always have wavy patterns when sliding, but some websites don’t, such as blogs?

1. Start menu->Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs->Manage Add-ons->Disable thunder browser helper.

If that doesn’t work, I suggest you take a screenshot and send it. If the graphics card driver is not installed, it is usually caused by the IE plug-in. When it comes to screen freezes, the old version of the Thunder plug-in will affect it.

2. Desktop icons should be made larger: Start menu->Control Panel->Display->Appearance->Advanced->Icons->Select a font below (usually Song Dynasty) and select it on the right Font Size

The size above refers to the size of the icon.
