With the consent of the State Council and the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange were established in Shanghai on September 8, 2006. The establishment of China Financial Futures Exchange is of great strategic significance for deepening the reform of capital market, perfecting the capital market system and giving full play to its functions. At present, China Financial Futures Exchange is actively planning to launch stock index futures and options, and in-depth research and development of financial derivatives such as treasury bonds, foreign exchange futures and options. China Financial Futures Exchange will strive to build a healthy, standardized, efficient, transparent, fully functional and technologically advanced modern financial derivatives trading center.
