China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFE) is a self-regulatory institution of trading institutions established spontaneously by member units and supervised by China Securities Regulatory Commission. Located in Shanghai.
In September 2006, with the consent of the State Council, China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the establishment, and Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange jointly initiated the establishment of China Financial Futures Exchange. A company-based exchange specializes in the trading and settlement of financial derivatives such as financial futures and options.
China Financial Futures Exchange is the first financial derivatives exchange established in China.
