He has held several regional senior positions in financial institutions such as Citibank, JPMorgan Chase and National Westminster Bank. Chairman of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange, Chairman of the Arbitration Committee of the Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading Ordinance and member of the Hong Kong Foreign Exchange and Money Market Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Banks. 65438-0999 joined DBS Group, and served as vice chairman of DBS Bank Limited, director and chief operating officer of DBS Bank Limited and DBS Group Holdings Limited, and chairman of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and DBS Bank (China) Limited.
