What is the EU FCM?
A futures commission merchant is an intermediary organization in the futures market, which is an intermediary organization entrusted by customers to trade futures and options on their behalf and collect trading commissions. FCM is similar to futures companies in China, which can independently develop customers and accept orders, collect customer deposits, and provide single channel and settlement instructions for other intermediaries. FCM must maintain the statutory minimum net capital requirements and keep books and transaction records.
