Annual inspection time: from March/KLOC-0 to June 30th every year, the enterprise shall submit the annual inspection materials to the enterprise registration authority to participate in the annual inspection.

Enterprises applying for annual inspection shall submit the following materials:

2. The certificate of the designated representative or entrusted agent of the enterprise;

3. The original and copy of the business license;

4. If there are pre-registered administrative licensing items in the business scope, copies of relevant licensing documents and approval documents stamped with the seal of the enterprise;

An enterprise as a legal person submits its annual balance sheet and income statement, a one-person limited liability company, a joint stock limited company, a company engaged in finance, securities, futures, insurance, venture capital, capital verification, evaluation, guarantee, real estate brokerage, entry-exit agency, overseas labor agency, and enterprise registration agency, a company whose registered capital is paid in installments but not paid in full, a company that falsely reports its registered capital, makes false capital contribution, or evades capital contribution, within three years,
