(1) Scope of cases accepted by this bureau

Zibo Arbitration Commission accepts contract disputes and other property rights disputes between citizens, legal persons and other organizations with equal subjects. The acceptance of arbitration cases is not limited by the jurisdiction of regions and levels. The principle of voluntariness of the parties and the system of final adjudication shall be implemented. Accepted cases should have an arbitration agreement. The following disputes fall within the scope of arbitration:

(2) What is an arbitration agreement?

Arbitration agreement refers to the arbitration clause concluded by the parties in the economic contract, or the agreement reached in other written forms before or after the dispute occurs, which is an important basis for the arbitration commission to accept the case.

The arbitration agreement exists independently, and the modification, rescission, termination or invalidity of the contract shall not affect the validity of the arbitration agreement.
