Does OTC fund-raising make money?
Raise money off-site to make money. Off-exchange fund-raising refers to the public lending and stock trading of stock fund-raising companies outside margin financing and securities lending. A high proportion of financing leverage can be described as opium in the financial market, so off-exchange fund-raising makes money. According to the relevant provisions of the Supreme People's Court's Minutes of the Judicial Work Conference on Civil and Commercial Affairs of the National Court on the validity of off-exchange fund-raising contracts, the people's court shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 142 of the Securities Law and Article 10 of the Judicial Interpretation of the Contract Law, declare the off-exchange fund-raising contracts between any other unit or individual and investors invalid.
