Organize and coordinate the company's annual meeting, staff activities and various meetings. 4. Carry out the instructions of the company's leaders, do a good job of communication from top to bottom, report the situation to the leaders in time, feedback information, and assist the leaders to do a good job of cooperation and coordination among various departments.
2. Be responsible for the meetings, official documents and files of the company: 1. Organize all kinds of meetings regularly or according to the requirements of leaders, and timely sort out and file the minutes of meetings. 2. Establish files for employees, and go through the relevant procedures such as entry, confirmation, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation. 3. Collect and sort out the company's internal information, and organize the preparation of company memorabilia in time. 4. Keep and use the company seal correctly and handle the relevant registration procedures.
3. Be responsible for the safety and environmental protection of the company: 1. Do a good job in the management of office facilities, including the procurement, distribution, use, registration and storage of office supplies, as well as the management and use of fax machines, photocopiers, telephones and computers. 2. Be responsible for the management of the company's water and electricity. Try to avoid waste and save costs. 3. Respond to emergencies within the company.
4. Daily department management: 1. According to the needs of various departments, organize personnel recruitment, arrange interviews, employment notices and induction training, and organize assessment according to the company's relevant assessment system. 2. Be responsible for the general affairs and logistics support of the company, mainly including sanitation and cleaning, telephone switchboard transfer, letter and express service. 3. Responsible for the company's vehicle scheduling, management, repair, maintenance and delivery, to ensure that the company's leaders and employees can use the vehicle normally. 4. Be responsible for employee attendance records (arrival statistics, business trip statistics, local business trip statistics, sick leave/personal leave statistics, leave statistics), and report them to the Finance Department and the Chairman of the Board for review every month.
5. External contact: 1. Organize visitor reception and related outreach work. 2. Keep in touch with property management, Desheng Park, postal services and other government departments, and strive for relevant work support.
