Wind code should be the code format defined in phpwind forum, and can only be parsed in phpwind program or similar program. It doesn't mean that the html code can't be directly parsed by the browser, but it needs phpwind to be parsed into html code before it can be parsed by the browser.

Html code can be parsed by all browsers.
