Futures issues; How do spot enterprises enter the futures market?
The premise is that you need to open a futures account with a futures company first.

Then sell it in the futures market. When the delivery date is reached, the delivery will be made.

I. Delivery unit

The trading unit of cathode copper standard contract is 5 tons per lot and the delivery unit is 25 tons per warehouse receipt. Delivery must be an integer multiple of each warehouse receipt.

Second, the quality regulations

(1) The cathode copper used for physical delivery in this contract must conform to the provisions of the national standard GB/T467- 1997 on cathode copper, in which the main component copper plus silver content is not less than 99.95%.

(2) Appearance and block weight. The cathode copper that can be used for delivery shall be blocky, with the weight of each block between 30- 150kg and the thickness of the central part not less than 5mm.

(3) Each warehouse receipt is short or over loaded by no more than 2%, and short or over loaded by no more than 0.2%.

(4) The copper of each warehouse receipt must consist of goods produced by the same manufacturer, with the same brand, the same registered trademark, the same quality grade, the same block shape and similar bundle weight.

(5) The cathode copper of each warehouse receipt must be a registered brand recognized by the Exchange and must be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the manufacturer.

(6) After the warehouse receipt has passed the inspection, it shall be issued by the delivery warehouse designated by this Exchange.

Three. Production enterprises and registered brands recognized by the Exchange.

Cathode copper used for physical delivery must be a brand registered by the exchange. High purity cathode copper can replace delivery. LME registered cathode copper can also be provided as a substitute. The specific registered brands and premium standards shall be separately stipulated and announced by the Exchange. (see table 1 and table 2)

4. Designated delivery warehouse

Designated by the exchange and announced separately, the premium standard for warehouses delivered in different places shall be stipulated and announced by the exchange.
