How to untie the devices in China Bank's mobile banking?
Unbinding can be done in three ways: mobile banking client self-service, online banking cross-channel unbinding and counter unbinding.

1. You use the originally bound mobile phone device to log in to the mobile banking client, and then use a single mobile phone transaction code, BOC E-Order+Mobile phone transaction code (or BOC E-Shield in audio) for authentication to complete the unbinding;

2. You can use online banking, and use BOC E Order+mobile phone transaction code or BOC E Shield to complete the unbinding;

3. When registering online banking and bank card/discount associated with online banking (mobile banking), you can unbind it at any counter of our bank with valid ID.
