1. If a labor contract is not signed, according to Article 82 of the Labor Contract Law, the employee has the right to ask the unit to pay economic compensation of twice the salary;

2. According to Article 37 of the Labor Contract Law, the employee may terminate the labor contract free of charge by notifying the unit in writing 30 days in advance;

3. If it is illegal to deduct unpaid wages, overtime pay and resignation, according to Article 46 of the Labor Contract Law, employees have the right to demand the unit to pay economic compensation;

4. If the social security is not paid, you can ask the unit to pay it;

5. If the unit refuses, it may apply for labor arbitration.
