2. Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is a copolymer of butadiene and styrene. Styrene-butadiene-10 containing 10% styrene has good cold resistance, and styrene-butadiene -30 containing 30% styrene has excellent wear resistance. It is suitable for making tires and seals, and the products have poor oil resistance and aging resistance. The working temperature range is -60 ~ 120℃.
3. Neoprene rubber (CR) Neoprene rubber (CR) is a neoprene polymer with weather resistance, ozone aging resistance and self-extinguishing. Its oil resistance is second only to NBR, its tensile strength, elongation and resilience are excellent, and its adhesion to metal and fabric is very good. It is suitable for manufacturing sealing rings and sealing profiles, hoses, coatings, wire insulation layers, adhesive tapes and preparing adhesives. The product is not resistant to synthetic diester lubricating oil and phosphate hydraulic oil. The operating temperature range is -35 ~ 130℃.
4. Nitrile rubber (NBR) Nitrile rubber (NBR) is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Generally, the content of acrylonitrile is 18%, 26% or 40%. The higher the content, the better the oil resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance, while the cold resistance is the opposite. NBR containing carboxyl group has better wear resistance, high temperature resistance and oil resistance than NBR. NBR is suitable for manufacturing all kinds of oil-resistant seals, diaphragms, hoses and soft oil tanks. Products are not resistant to climate, ozone aging and phosphate hydraulic oil. The operating temperature range is -55 ~ 130℃.
5. Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPM, EPDM) Ethylene-propylene rubber is a binary copolymer of ethylene and propylene (EPM) or a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and diolefins (EPDM). Weather resistance, ozone aging resistance, steam resistance, phosphate hydraulic oil, acid, alkali, rocket fuel and oxidant, excellent electrical insulation performance. It is suitable for manufacturing seals, hoses, sealing profiles for aircraft and automobile doors and windows, adhesive tapes and wire insulation layers for phosphate hydraulic oil systems. The product is not resistant to petroleum-based oil. The operating temperature range is -60 ~ 150℃.
6. Butyl rubber (IIR) Butyl rubber (IIR) is a copolymer of isobutylene and isoprene. Weather resistance, ozone aging resistance, phosphate hydraulic oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, rocket fuel and oxidant resistance, excellent dielectric and insulating properties and minimum air permeability. Suitable for manufacturing tire inner tubes, door and window sealing strips, phosphate hydraulic oil system seals, rubber hoses, wire insulation layers, adhesive tapes and shock absorbers. The product is not resistant to petroleum-based oil. The operating temperature range is -60 ~ 150℃.
7. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM) Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber is resistant to weather and ozone aging, and its oil resistance increases with the increase of chlorine content. It is also resistant to acid and alkali, and is suitable for making adhesive tape, automobile air filter coupling sleeve, radiator drain pipe, gasket, cable sleeve, anticorrosive coating, outer wall of soft oil tank, etc. Working temperature range -50 ~ 150.
