Arthur L. Simpson, a member of Chicago Board of Trade and former Central American Commodity Exchange, is a registered floor trader of National Futures Association.

In addition, he also has the qualification of a merchant seaman issued by the US Coast Guard and is an official pilot of the US Federal Aviation Administration. He is also a radio enthusiast. He holds the first-class certificate of wireless telegraph operator, wireless telephone operator and GMDSS radio operator/maintainer issued by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States, and has also completed the tasks assigned by the Haitan Management Department of the Ministry of Information Industry of the United States.

The author used to be the chief engineer of CBS, Illinois, and made many constructive suggestions on the construction of radio stations.
